The new toolkit addresses lessons learned from the pilot assessments in Asia. Key changes include:
- An enhanced emphasis on the practice elements of provisions for good governance
- Environmental and social indicators have been incorporated into the Policy and Regulatory sections of the toolkit respectively
- A new indicator worksheet format that is easier to use, with improved guidance notes
